This Privacy Policy explains how The Saleh Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through salehgroup.com (the "Site").

Confidentiality Agreement data: signature, date, business affiliation, financial qualification status
Listing inquiry data: which listings you've requested, conversations with our brokers, NDA timestamps
Business information (sellers): business name, financials, photographs, operational data submitted for listing purposes

We also automatically collect limited usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

To match buyers and sellers and facilitate confidential business transactions
To verify NDA status before releasing listing details
To communicate with you about listings, market activity, and your inquiries
To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations
To improve our services and the Site

3. Information Sharing

We share buyer information with sellers only after a valid NDA is on file. We share seller information only with NDA-qualified buyers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We share information with our service providers — including Muzopilot, LLC (our operating platform), Celtic Bank (financing introductions when you opt in), DocuSeal (electronic signatures), and our attorneys and accountants — solely to support your transactions.

4. Data Retention

NDA records are retained for 24 months from execution per the agreement terms. Transaction records and communications are retained for seven (7) years for compliance and audit purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to applicable legal-hold requirements.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion subject to retention requirements
Withdraw consent to non-essential processing
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We use industry-standard security measures — HTTPS encryption in transit, hardened cloud hosting, access controls, and routine audits — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected parties of any material breach as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
