Specific addresses, financial details, and seller identities are released only to buyers who have submitted a current Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) and have been qualified by a Saleh Group broker. By accessing public listing information, you acknowledge that:
Listing details are provided in good faith based on information furnished by the seller. The Saleh Group does not independently verify financial statements, environmental conditions, fuel volume reports, or other seller-supplied data, and buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. All offers and acquisitions are subject to attorney review and lender approval where applicable.
The Saleh Group acts as the seller's broker on listings posted on the Site unless explicitly disclosed otherwise. Buyer representation, co-broker arrangements, and dual-agency disclosures are governed by separate written agreements between the parties.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. The sale of an operating business may, in some jurisdictions, involve regulated transactions; consult an attorney for guidance specific to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Saleh Group, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and partner companies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on listing information, or any failed or completed transaction introduced through the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
The Saleh Group may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
